For customers intending to use their custom neon sign outdoors or in a wet environment, we recommend ordering our Outdoor Sign, which comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. This certification ensures that the product meets a high standard of water and dust resistance, protecting it from immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Please note that these signs are not designed for underwater use.

Our Indoor LED neon signs  can be used for outdoor events or parties, provided they are used in fair weather conditions and kept dry. However, please note that these signs are not waterproof and should not be exposed to wet weather or extreme temperatures. Additionally, they should not be placed in areas where they might get wet.
